About Us
RSB Projects Ltd. was established in the year 1981 by Late Sh. W.R. Gupta. The company carried out various projects of national importance and worked for many prestigious clients like IOCL, HPCL, EIL, etc.
RSB Infrastructure Ltd (RSBIL) was established in the year 1999 as a groupcompany of RSB Projects Ltd to carry out the work of infrastructure in the field of civil engineering.
RSBIL entered into agreement with M/s B E Billimoria& Co Ltd (BEBL) Mumbai in the year 2007 to form a new company called Bebanco Northern Contracts Limited (BNCL) with its headquarters at New Delhi. In 2011, RSBIL parted ways with BNCL and started its independent operations w.e.f. Sept' 2010.
The company bagged its first project from Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited in Aug' 2011. Since then, the company has earned its name for construction of High-Rise buildings and has worked with prestigious clients like DLF, Tata Realty, Godrej Properties, etc.
Sh. W.R. Gupta: A Legacy of Vision, Hard Work, and Education
Born and raised in an agriculture-based family in Dadu, Haryana, Sh. W.R. Gupta's journey exemplifies the transformative power of education and unwavering determination. Despite the daily 8-kilometer journey to school on foot, his thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a Patwari course in Jalandhar and gain invaluable experience in the construction business through apprenticeship.
In 1956, armed with faith and confidence in his abilities, Sh. W.R. Gupta embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, laying the foundation for his successful construction business from the ground up. His vision culminated in the establishment of M/s RSB Projects Ltd. in 1981, a testament to his relentless pursuit of excellence and hard work.
A passionate advocate for education, Sh. W.R. Gupta championed the cause of learning, spearheading the establishment of a school in Dabwali in collaboration with DAV Management. His commitment to education extended beyond his immediate family, as he mentored scholars, guided his grandchildren's education, and dedicated himself to running a charitable trust providing educational opportunities to the underprivileged until his last days.
A trailblazer ahead of his time, Sh. W.R. Gupta defied societal norms and upheld the principle of equality for all. In a patriarchal society, he ensured that his daughters received the same opportunities for education and empowerment as his sons. His fairness and strictness transcended familial boundaries, as he extended his care and support to his daughters, sons-in-law, and their children throughout his life.
Sh. W.R. Gupta's legacy continues to inspire generations, serving as a beacon of hope and a testament to the transformative power of education, hard work, and unwavering belief in oneself.

Mr Suresh Gupta
Managing Director
Suresh Gupta: Mr. Suresh Gupta, after doing his graduation in 1989, seamlessly integrated into the family business, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His journey within RSB Projects Limited began with his appointment as Director, where he diligently oversaw the execution of numerous projects for a remarkable 18 years. In 2007, he assumed the role of Managing Director at the Joint Venture Company BNCL, demonstrating his exceptional leadership and strategic acumen until 2011. He was subsequently appointed as Managing Director of RSBIL in 2011.
Mr Nimish Gupta
Director
Nimish Gupta: Mr. Nimish Gupta, a graduate in Civil Engineering embarked on his professional journey by joining the family business after completing his studiesin 2014. Recognizing the importance of acquiring specialized knowledge in family business management, he furthered his education by enrolling in the Management Programme in Family Business at Indian School of Business, Hyderabad where he successfully completed the program in November 2016. Driven by a spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, Mr Gupta co–founded Zeleno in 2016 alongside his peers from the ISB, making the inception of an exciting venture aimed at addressing contemporary environmental challenges.
Aarush Gupta
Director
Aarush Gupta: Mr. Aarush, a distinguished graduate of Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi, 2018 batch, brings a unique blend of technical prowess and managerial acumen to the table. He has also done a minor in Management from Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi, enriching his skill set with a comprehensive understanding of business principles. Prior to joining the company in 2021, Mr Gupta honed his expertise in the corporate world, serving as an Assistant Vice President at an Investment Bank for three years. His invaluable experience in the financial sector further strengthens our team, positioning us for continued growth and success in the dynamic business landscape.
